Q: What is Flowers Bank Online?
A: Flowers Bank Online is a convenient way to manage your money from any personal computer with an Internet connection. You can check balances, transfer money between accounts, view your account history, pay bills, and more.

Q: Is there a fee for Flowers Bank Online?
A: No, Flowers Bank Online is completely free to use.

Q: How do I log in?
A: Log onto www.jcfbank.com and click onto Flowers Bank Online; enter your Access Id and click Submit then enter your password after verifying that your authentication image is accurate.

Q: How do I enroll for Flowers Bank Online?
A: You must have an account with Flowers National Bank to use Flowers Bank Online.  To enroll for online banking, please log onto www.jcfbank.com and click onto Flowers Bank Online. Click the First Time Log In link to complete the online banking application form and click Submit.  You will then be provided instructions on the screen to complete the set up process including how to establish your Access ID and Password. If you have any questions regarding the enrollment process, please call us at 877-715-5033 during the normal business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Central Standard Time Monday thru Friday.

Q: How do I create my Access ID and Password?
A: Your initial password must be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number but you can select your own personal Access ID. You may change your password after the initial log in but you will not be able to change your Access ID. Flowers Bank Online also provides a security authentication image and pass phrase with three separate challenge questions. You may personalize any of these authentication security features by editing your profile once your online banking access has been completed.

You may change your password at any time. Your password is case-sensitive and must consist of at least 8 characters containing at least one letter, one number and one special character (!,@,#,$,%, etc.). For example: If your password is F!OWERS83, you need to type it exactly like that; F!owers83 or f!owers83 will not allow access.

Q: What happens if I forget my password?
A: If you forget your password, your access will be denied after three incorrect password attempts and you will need to contact our Customer Service Center at 1-877-715-5033 to reset your password during the normal business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Central Standard Time Monday thru Friday..

Q: My Flowers National Bank account has multiple signers. Can we share the same Access ID and Password?
A: Flowers Bank Online profiles are created by individual, not account relationship. Your Access ID and Password should be treated in the same manner as a PIN for an ATM/Debit Card and not be shared.  Each individual owner seeking access should complete an online banking application.

Q: Can I view all of my Flowers National Bank accounts online?
A: You can view all of your deposit accounts including checking, savings, money markets, as well as a summary of your personal loans, lines of credit, and CDs.

Q: Can I pay my bills with Flowers Bank Online?
A: Yes, you can pay your bills online if you sign up for our Online Banking Bill Pay service.  To do so, simply log onto your Online Banking account and click the “Bill Payment” button.  You’ll then be given easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions on setting up your Bill Pay account. If you have any questions regarding the Bill Pay enrollment process, please contact us at any of our Bank locations or call us at 877-715-5033 during the normal business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Central Standard Time Monday thru Friday.

Q: Will my online transactions appear on my monthly bank statements?
A: Yes. Flowers National Bank will mail or deliver to you periodic statements for your Flowers National Bank accounts as disclosed in your deposit or credit agreements. Flowers National Bank will record any transfers or bill payments made through Flowers Bank Online on your statements.

Q: What is the cutoff time for transactions to process through my account each day?
A: You may enter transactions through Flowers Bank Online or pay bills through our Online Banking Bill Pay service until 6PM Central Standard Time daily Monday through Friday except on Federal Bank holidays. Transactions or bill payments processed after 6PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday or on a Federal Bank holiday will be processed on the next bank business day as defined by the bank’s Reg CC Funds Availability policy.

Q: Why am I automatically logged out of Flowers Bank Online when I click the Back button?
A: Flowers Bank Online pages are set up to prevent caching or storing the pages on your browser. This security feature prevents unauthorized users from viewing your private account information on your PC after you have completed a Flowers Bank Online session, or step away from your PC. This is the reason the Back button on your browser does not work when using Flowers Bank Online.

Q: How do I properly exit Flowers Bank Online?
A: Click the “Log Out” button in order to sign off properly from our Flowers Bank Online service.

Q: What happens if I forget to log out of Flowers Bank Online?
A: Our Online Banking has a time out feature that automatically logs you off the system if your screen is idle for 15 minutes.

Q: What are the software and hardware requirements?
A: No software is needed to use Flowers Bank Online.  All you need is a computer that can access the Internet through a secure browser.

Q: What financial software is compatible with Flowers Bank Online?
A: The latest version of Quicken, Quickbooks and Microsoft Money. The link to download to a financial software package is under 'Export Transactions' from the Transactions menu.

Q: How secure is Flowers Bank Online?
A: The safeguarding of your financial information is our highest priority.  We use the highest level of security available, including 128-bit data encryption that protects all information sent between your web browser and the Flowers Bank Online server. The Flowers Bank Online service also features enhanced online security with advanced user authentication that includes the use of a security image you select. Each time you log into the Flowers Bank Online Banking service, your selected image is displayed prominently. If your image is not visible or an incorrect image is displayed, then you should immediately close your web browser and call Flowers National Bank at 877-715-5033 during the normal business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Central Standard Time Monday thru Friday.

Q: What can I do to ensure the security of my banking information online?
A: First and foremost, protect your Flowers Bank Online username and password as you would your ATM/Debit card PIN code.  Never write down your login information and always be sure to log-off after completing each Flowers Bank Online session.
